  目的:观察雷公藤多苷(TG)壳聚糖微球对小鼠实验性结肠炎的作用及机制.方法:采用复乳-乳化交联的方法制备TG壳聚糖微球(TGM),并检测其载药率、包封率、粒径和微球的体外释放度.90只BALB/c小鼠随机分为以下10组:对照组(N组);DSS模型组(M组);柳氮磺吡啶组(SASP组);空壳聚糖微球组(C组);TG高、中、低剂量组;TGM高、中、低剂量组.观察以下指标:①疾病活动指数(DAI)评分;②结肠病理组织学变化;③免疫印迹和免疫组化检测结肠组织中TLR4、MyD88和NF-κB p65的表达;⑤ELISA法检测血清中IL-6的含量.
