研究背景和目的:乳腺癌的分子分型很大程度上提高了预后判断的精确度和治疗的有效性。但是,由于乳腺癌的复杂性,我们还需要探索更多的生物标志物和功能性分子。研究方法和结果:本研究中,通过分析大规模的乳腺癌临床病例队列,我们发现拓扑异构酶Ⅱα(Topoisomerase Ⅱ alpha,TOP2a)是与管腔型乳腺癌预后相关的生物标志物,即TOP2a表达水平高的乳腺癌患者预后相对较差。
