　　It is discovered that the shock absorbers characteristics in vehicle suspensions have influence on the roll and yaw motion of the car-trailer combinations (CTCs) in road tests,and affect the system dynamic stability as well.Different from a single passenger car,the impact of shock absorbers is even more significant due to the kinematic and dynamic coupling between the towing car and the trailer.
