Objective:To develop the effective vaccines for pandemic influenza,mainly including the whole virus vaccines,split vaccines and the live attenuated vaccines.The new technology for pandemic vaccine,such as RG tech,cell culture instead of eggs,mucosal immunity and evaluation platform for pandemic influenza vaccine were investigated.
