This paper introduces a Spinal Cord Stimulator(SCS)prototype,which is able to generate both of the voltage and current output in 4 channels(with 16 electrodes selection).Besides,the prototype can keep high power efficiency in voltage/current output settings.The size of the SCSs circuit system is 5.2*3.6 cm2.The advantage of this work is the high power efficiency and can achieve wireless power transmission,which satisfies the requirement of long-term animal/clinical trials.In the end,the paper presents the IC design of the stimulation function,which is fabricated in 0.18um HV process.
