根据钢管斜轧过程的变形特点,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元软件对Accu-Roll轧管机热轧奥氏体无缝钢管的轧制过程进行有限元数值模拟.通过模拟仿真计算,分析无缝钢管截面的变形特点及轧制力和应力应变分布的变化规律,通过将模拟结果与实测数据进行比较,验证了模型的可靠性.模拟结果表明,在轧制过程中孔型形状不当易造成双鼓形,整个轧制过程中最大轧制应力为403.4 MPa,最大等效应力值为231.8 MPa.
According to the deformation characteristics of the pipe during the process of rolling, finite element method was used to simulate the rolling process of the hot-rolled austenite seamless steel pipe with the Accu-Roll mill by ANSYS / LS-DYNA finite element software. Through the simulation and calculation, The deformation characteristics of the section of the steel tube and the variation of the rolling force and the stress and strain distribution are verified by comparing the simulation results with the measured data.The simulation results show that the improper shape of the hole in the rolling process can easily lead to Double drum, the rolling process of the maximum rolling stress of 403.4 MPa, the maximum equivalent stress of 231.8 MPa.
