  To biomimic the structure of the autograft nerve conduit is one of the most promising strategies for nerve regeneration.In present work,we reported a novel fabrication method by using special collector for the 3D multichannel nerve conduit,which composed of longitudinally oriented channels with aligned electrospun nanofibers.The conduit contained a high number of channels(vary from 7 to 19)and each channel showed a good morphology,which separated from each other.
