Crystalline metal organic frameworks are recognized as a class of promising porous materials for their excellent combination of inorganic and organic materials. As a typical one,copper-based metal organic frameworks (Cu3(BTC)2) with open metal sites and amounts of Lewis acid sites show great potential in gas storage[1],separation[2] and catalysis[3].While some studies focused on the effects of amorphization and surface modification of MOFs.It is demonstrated that amorphization could be very promising and effective way for preparation of novel MOFs materials and MOFs based catalysts with unique properties[4].And plasma is a useful technique to induce the irreversible amorphization[5-6].
