混凝土企业收购与出售行为越来越常见,与普通企业相比,其收购法律事务存在着鲜明的行业特点。笔者根据从事混凝土企业收购法律事务的经验,对于收购程序进行了总结,并对于拟出售与收购的企业提出了建议。 The acquisition and sale of concrete enterprises are becoming more and more common. Compared with ordinary enterprises, there are distinct industry characteristics in the acquisition of legal affairs. Based on the experience of acquiring legal affairs in concrete enterprises, the author summarizes the acquisition procedures and makes suggestions for the enterprises that are going to sell and acquire.
