The robust aeroelastic (AE)/aeroservoelastic (ASE) analysis has been a prevalent topic in last decades, especially with the utilization of the modern robust control theory, such as the μ tool [1, 2].Recently.Lind [3] has further developed match-point flutter μ method to account for the correlation between flight speed and air density, based on which.Gu and Yang.[4] has obtained reduced order structured uncertainties, through proper linear fractional transformation (LFT) manipulation.Corresponding to the time-domain technique.Borglund [5, 6]Borglund and Ringertz [7] has developed an innovative frequency-domain methodology, to describe and model uncertainties and compute the robust flutter boundary.
