抑郁对疼痛感受的调节行为的脑机制

  临床上抑郁与慢性疼痛经常共同出现。然而在实验室条件下,抑郁患者的疼痛反应却反而减弱。我们在大鼠建立的慢性不确定温和应激、嗅球切除两种抑郁模型上,利用热辐射、热接触、机械压力、福尔马林刺激等多种测痛手段,并同时建立了福氏佐剂炎症痛和腰5 脊神经结扎神经病理痛模型,考察了其疼痛行为的改变。
