本文提出一种新型微带结构的均衡器,该均衡器采用微带线作为主传输线,复合左右手传输线结构的谐振器加载电阻构成新型陷波单元。多个陷波单元级联构成新型均衡器,通过HFSS仿真优化,插损为0.8d B,均衡量达到23.5d B,回波损耗大于11.3d B,验证了该结构的可行性。采用该结构设计的均衡器体积为22.7mm×28mm×5mm,与传统枝节型均衡器相比,具有均衡量大,插损小,体积小的优点。
In this paper, a new type of equalizer with microstrip structure is proposed. The equalizer uses the microstrip line as the main transmission line, and the composite left-handed transmission line structure with the resonator load resistor forms a new type of notch unit. Multiple notch units cascaded to form a new type of equalizer. Through HFSS simulation optimization, the insertion loss was 0.8d B, the balance was 23.5d B, and the return loss was more than 11.3d B, which verified the feasibility of this structure. The volume of the equalizer designed by the structure is 22.7mm × 28mm × 5mm, which has the advantages of large amount of equalization, small insertion loss and small volume compared with the traditional branch type equalizer.
