目的 评价培美曲塞联合奈达铂用于晚期肺腺癌一线治疗的临床价值.方法 收集山东大学附属山东省立医院呼吸科2012年1月至2013年1月收治的经病理学和/或细胞学检查证实为ⅢB期或Ⅳ期肺腺癌病例,根据化疗方案分为培美曲塞组和多西他赛组,均辅以相应的预处理和对症治疗,所有患者至少完成4个周期(21天/周期).
