分析了电站自动化技术的发展现状与最新进展: 随着计算机和信息技术的发展, 电站生产过程的自动化程度达到了前所未有的高度; 电站自动化技术已从传统的过程控制领域逐步渗透到了电站运行和管理的各个方面。指出了电站自动化发展面临的三个方面的挑战: 社会日益增长的用电需求与一次能源短缺之间的矛盾; 提高机组可用率与保证电力生产安全稳定之间的矛盾; 加快电站建设与节约能源、保护环境之间的矛盾。结合当前大多数电站的实际应用, 提出了现代电站自动化的理想发展模式———以统一数据平台为依托的层次化结构。在此基础上, 阐明了现代电站自动化技术的两个重点发展领域: 先进控制理论方法的应用研究和基于高度信息集成的管控一体化。
