常用藏药“藏茵陈”五种基源植物的1H-NMR代谢物组学研究

  目的:同时检测分析“藏茵陈”药材的整体代谢成分,并研究五种基源植物的代谢物差异。
  方法:采用1H-NMR代谢物组学技术及化学计量学方法。
  结果:共鉴定了25个初生和次生代谢产物.结合PLS-DA分析方法,发现印度獐牙菜含有更多的齐墩果酸、芒果苷、脂肪酸和缬氨酸成分,四数獐牙菜含有更多的龙胆苦苷和胆碱,川西獐牙菜含有更多的龙胆苦苷、落干酸和p.葡萄糖,而抱茎獐牙菜含有更多的獐牙菜苦苷。
  结论:1H-NMR方法具有整体性的特征,并且样品制备简单、分析快速、重复性好。最终建立的代谢指纹图谱,发现的种间差异标志物为“藏茵陈”药材的品种鉴定、质量控制与评价提供了科学依据。
