目的:以高脂血症模型大鼠研究罗布麻茶降血脂功效。方法:采用脂代谢紊乱模型-预防性给受试物法,分别以833.35、1666.7、3333.4 mg/kg BW 3个剂量的罗布麻茶提取液给大鼠连续灌胃30 d,于试验终末采血测定TC、TG、HDL-C含量。结果:受试样品高剂量组大鼠血清胆固醇(TC)含量为(1.94±0.31)mmol/L、甘油三酯(TG)含量为(0.94±0.16)mmol/L、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量为(1.08±0.11)mmol/L,均低于高脂对照组的TC含量(2.41±0.27)mmol/L、TG含量(1.31±0.28)mmol/L,高于高脂对照组的HDL-C含量(0.87±0.17)mmol/L,差异均具有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论:该罗布麻茶能降低大鼠血清总胆固醇、血清甘油三酯含量,升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇的含量,提示该样品具有降血脂的功效。
Objective: To study the lipid-lowering efficacy of Apocynum tea in hyperlipidemia model rats. METHODS: The lipid metabolism disorder model-prophylactic test method was used, and the rats were continuously gavaged with 833.35, 1666.7, and 3333.4 mg/kg BW of 3 doses of Apocynum venetum tea for 30 days, and blood was collected at the end of the experiment. Determine TC, TG, HDL-C content. Results: The serum cholesterol (TC) content in the high-dose group was (1.94±0.31) mmol/L, the triglyceride (TG) content was (0.94±0.16) mmol/L, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol ( The HDL-C content was (1.08±0.11) mmol/L, which was lower than the TC content (2.41±0.27) mmol/L and TG content (1.31±0.28) mmol/L in the high-fat control group, which was higher than that in the high-fat control group. The HDL-C content in the group was (0.87±0.17) mmol/L, and the difference was very significant (P<0.01). Conclusion: The Apocynum tea can reduce serum total cholesterol, serum triglyceride content, and increase the content of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, suggesting that the sample has the effect of lowering blood lipids.
