Bone tissue arises from Mesenchymal stromal cells differentiated into the osteoblast.Mesenchymal stromal cells are multipotent cells that have the potential to self-renew and differentiate into various lineages of mesenchymal tissues, such as bone, cartilage, muscle and adipose. All of these processes are regulated by genetic and epigenetic mechanisms. But recent studies indicate that the class of non-coding RNAs known as "ncRNAs" plays a critical role in these processes.
