MRI虚拟数据采集与图像重建软件开发设计

  本项目设计了一套MRI 虚拟数据采集与图像重建软件(VMRI),该软件可在脱离硬件设备的运行环境下,获得与硬件成像教学仪相仿的实验效果.VMRI 软件由磁共振预扫描界面及虚拟成像界面组成.在预扫描界面中,使用者可通过对参数的设置,结合软件仿真的FID 信号来实践拉莫尔频率测定、射频脉冲角度确定和电子匀场等工作的实现过程,深刻理解核磁共振仪器在成像之前所做的前期工作.虚拟成像界面中,可虚拟实现序列选择(SE 序列、GRE 序列、IR 序列、EPI 序列等)、参数调整、数据采集、K 空间填充、图像重建等功能.通过选择不同的试管样品模板或人体颅部等常见模板,获得多种成像技术:各种权重像 、脂肪抑制成像 、水抑制成像 、反弹点成像技术 、半傅里叶扫描技术等.并在成像过程中模拟磁场不均匀性、电子学噪声等影响.VMRI 虚拟成像界面可帮助使用者了解磁共振成像的整个过程,并且可以快速观察到不同序列、不同组织及不同技术参数设置对磁共振信号、K 空间、MRI图像的影响,通过实践经验更好的掌握磁共振成像技术这一门学科.该软件可避免对硬件的高要求,避免实际仪器部分实验数据采集时间过长以及台数的不足,让学生在熟悉实验仪基本操作的基础上,转入虚拟实训学习环境.
