有关玉册的记载虽然早在《后汉书·郎(?)传》中可见,但是实物则仅见于南唐二陵、前蜀王建墓、唐李重润墓及1981年在北京丰台区王佐乡唐史思明墓五处。文研所藏史思明墓出土的44枚长条形玉册,为汉白玉质地,形制规整,每枚玉册均有字,阴刻,行书体,字口填金,其中仅8枚较完整。玉册出土以前,受墓内不良环境以及人为扰乱等因素的影响,已有较大损伤;出土后因未及时施行专门的保护措施,暴露在空气中近二十年,极有可能受
