80135μm细径保偏光纤的高性能与可靠性研究

  为解决光纤陀螺的小型化、高性能和高可靠问题,需要实现保偏光纤的细径化技术途径和同步的高可靠与高性能研究。本文通过设计特殊的波导结构和应力实现方式,在将保偏光纤涂层直径从165μm降低至135μm时,实现包层直径保持80μm不变时,仍具有良好的性能,从而有效的增加同体积下的绕环长度,解决了高性能光纤陀螺器件的小型化问题。烽火锐光由此推出成熟的细径保偏光纤产品,其具有优秀的全温串音性能,强抗弯能力和抗拉强度,能适应光纤陀螺复杂的使用环境,有效促进了光纤陀螺小型化、高精度和高稳定的进程。
