三价锰引发的膦自由基与碳碳不饱和键的选择性反应研究

有机膦化合物广泛存在于自然界,具有一定的生理活性,在医药和农药方面有着广泛的用途.[1]有机膦化合物具有很强的配位能力,它在配位化学和材料化学方面也有着广阔的应用前景.[2]因此,开发有机膦化合物的新合成方法很有意义.本论文介绍了以下几方面的工作:1)醋酸锰促进的二苯基氧膦和芳基炔烃的选择性反应;2)膦自由基和4-联苯基丁烯酸乙酯的选择性反应;3)K-OMS-2催化的亚膦酸酯与二芳基炔酯的选择性加成成环反应;4)醋酸锰引发的膦自由基分子内反应合成二苯并磷杂环戊二烯衍生物,结果表明以上反应都具有很好的选择性和产率.
