高产与优质是水稻育种的两大最主要目标。胚乳是组成水稻种子的最重要部分,其发育直接影响稻米的产量和品质;淀粉是稻米胚乳的最主要成分,一般占胚乳重量的90%及以上,构成了人类粮食的主体部分。因此,稻米淀粉的组成与结构是决定稻米品质及其适用性的最重要因素。全球水稻种资源丰富,稻米品质性状变异极为多样,深入研究淀粉合成相关基因的变异及调控机制对于揭示稻米品质性状遗传变异和改良品质具有重要意义。近年来,我们围绕稻米淀粉品质改良,对淀粉合成关键酶类基因新等位基因挖掘、新基因定位与克隆、重要基因或等位基因间互作、淀粉结构与功能特性分析等方面作了较为系统的研究。报告将重点就稻米淀粉品质性状的分子调控主题汇报近年来的研究进展,期望为水稻优质育种与生产提供参考。
