通过对以往灰库实际工程量的比较,进行壁厚的方案优选,并结合灰库计算过程中的难点温度应力计算,提出计算方法,以期后续工程筒仓计算更加精确,达到经济安全的目的.考虑温度应力的计算在以往的计算手册中都是基于经验,现依据《民用建筑热工设计规范》GB50176-93并结合实际工程,以内部贮料温度为100°C、室外极端温度为-25°C为例,根据《钢筋混凝土筒仓设计规范》和《火力发电厂除灰设计规程》进行计算.
