　　Superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles(SPIONs)are contrast agents used for noninvasive tumor magnetic resonance imaging(MRI).Biocompatibility and rapid clearance are highly desirable for SPIONs due to the safety concern of the iron overload by SPIONs,especially in chronic liver diseases.
