对比γ辐射和EDC/NHS改性对胶原壳聚糖支架性能的研究

  胶原壳聚糖支架因其良好的生物相容性和可塑性而在组织工程中广泛应用,而其性能随交联方法和组成成分的不同而差异明显。本研究首次对比了γ-辐射与EDC/NHS改性对支架性能的影响,同时改变壳聚糖比例,寻找最佳胶原壳聚糖支架制备条件。红外分析结果显示γ辐射和EDC/NHS改性后的胶原均一定程度上与壳聚糖产生交联,扫描电镜结果显示γ辐射会损害支架的微结构,但壳聚糖的加入能大大改善γ辐射支架的性能,然而γ辐射支架的微结构不如EDC/NHS改性支架,同时结果显示25%壳聚糖浓度能得到最佳支架。
