目的 应用模式生物秀丽隐杆线虫研究雷公藤多苷的生殖毒性.方法 将雷公藤多苷溶液按200μL/m均匀撒在线虫培养基上.将L4期N2线虫分别挑入0.5、2.5、5.0 mg mL-1雷公藤多苷溶液平皿,分别暴露24h和48h,每暴露组30只.
