国人Wiltse椎旁肌间隙入路的观察与测量

【摘要】

：

目的:通过对国人尸体解剖和腰椎MRI影像的观察测量,熟悉椎旁肌间隙入路的局部结构特点,确定腰椎不同节段椎旁肌间隙的具体位置,为此入路的临床应用提供经验和参考.方法:采用10具经防腐处理的成人尸体标本进行解剖观察,寻找并钝性分离双侧最长肌与多裂肌间隙,测量L2和L4棘突水平最长肌与多裂肌间隙距后正中线距离.

胫骨下端骨折合并隐匿后踝骨折临床分析探讨

目的：探讨胫骨下端骨折合并后踝骨折的漏诊原因及治疗策略.方法：回顾性分析2010年6月～2013年3月收治的8例胫骨下段骨折合并后踝骨折的诊治过程.结果：7例于术前发现后踝骨折,1例于术中发现.经皮空心无头加压钉内固定后踝7例,1例经解剖钢板结合孔固定后踝,术后未发现骨折块明显移位.平均随访11.2个月,后踝骨折均获骨性愈合,1例胫骨骨折迟缓愈合.结论：胫骨下端骨折常合并隐匿的后踝骨折,单纯X线检
