With the development of technology and enhancement of international communication, the students graduated from the universities need to exhibit the excellent command of professional English.However, most of universities pay little attention to professional English so that the professional English does not play a role in enhancement of students professional ability.Aiming at the phenomenon commonly existing in the professional English teaching and combing the experience in practical teaching, the corresponding reform measures are proposed in this paper.In order to enhance the students professional ability in professional English teaching,some recommendations are suggested from the following aspects, such as selection of textbook, mobilization the initiative of students, strengthening the level of teachers and innovating of teaching methods and means.
