八例新生儿肝母细胞瘤病例分析并文献回顾

【摘 要】

：

目的 提高对新生儿肝母细胞瘤的认识,探讨有效的治疗方案.方法 回顾分析2006-2012 年在本院治疗的初诊年龄小于2 月的新生儿肝母细胞瘤病例,共8 例,其中男性 6 例,女性2 例,年龄2 天-50 天不等,平均年龄24.75±17.62 天,8 例肿瘤均来源于右叶.按照PRETEXT 分期标准,Ⅰ期与Ⅱ期各1 例,Ⅲ期6 例.
