Objective To evaluate the feasibility of thrombolysis for acute deep venous thrombosis (DVT)in patients with cerebral infarction (CI).Methods Thirty-two patients with CI suffered acute DVT were divided into two groups according to the muscle strength.(MS) of the limb.Lower MS group included 18 cases,higher MS group included 14 cases.All patients were treated with transarterial thromblysis,keeping catheter in popliteal artery for urokinase infusing.PT series and CT scan of brain were performed after thrombolysis.
