　　In this study,the capillary flows in several micro channels were investigated experimentally.The micro channels include both the capillary tubes with constant diameters changing from 5um to 900um and the capillary tubes having variable diameters.The capillary flows in constant diameter tubes were observed and compared with theoretical predictions and presented good consistency.
