目的:心力衰竭有着不同的致病因素,慢性交感神经过度激活和肾上腺素受体(AR)的持续激动是心脏重塑,乃至心力衰竭发生时共有的病理因素。慢性交感神经和β-AR的激活对心脏是有害的,在心衰恶化、心脏功能异常和心肌重构进展中发挥重要的作用。为此,阐述交感-儿茶酚胺系统激动AR通过什么信号转导途径介导生理效应和病理反应是重要的。方法:
PURPOSE: Heart failure has a variety of causative agents. Chronic sympathetic over activation and sustained agonism of adrenergic receptors (ARs) are common pathophysiologies of cardiac remodeling and even heart failure. Chronic sympathetic and beta-AR activation is detrimental to the heart and plays an important role in the progression of heart failure, cardiac dysfunction and myocardial remodeling. For this reason, it is important to elucidate the mechanism by which the sympathetic-catecholamine system activates AR signaling through which signaling pathways mediate physiological and pathological responses. method:
