RNA interference (RNM) mediated by small interfering RNA (siRNA) has attracted wide international attention for treatment of disease through inhibition of protein expression.However,due to the high degradation risk by RNases and rapid renal clearance after systemic administration [1],siRNA carriers need to be developed.To date,most of siRNA carriers are a spontaneous multimolecular self-assembly prepared with cationic molecules via electrostatic interaction,and thus,often encounter the difficulty in controlling size and its distribution.
