　　371 susceptible genes of type Ⅱ diabetes were analyzed by bioinformatics and the results showed that 47 of them are related to Asian people,and 21 are related to Chinese people.371 susceptible genes are distributed among more than 80 pathways,5 topical pathways of susceptible genes were analyzed in details and 15 susceptible genes regulation networks were studied in order to better understand genetic mechanism of type Ⅱ diabetes development.
