Objective Hip bone mineral density of elderly people with osteoporotic fractures and health elderly people in jiangxi Province were measured by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry and statiscally analyzed,to find out the BMD threshold of hip osteoporotic fractures of elderly people in jiangxi Province.Method According to inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,the above 50 elderly people diagnosed as the osteoporotic hip fracture and the above 50 elderly people without the hip fracture coming to the hospital for physical examination are introduced to the case group and the control group respectively,the fracture group including 86 elderly men and 118 elderly women,the nonfracture group including 102 elderly men and 119 elderly women,their bone mineral density were measured by Norland-XR36DEXA.
