高压富水岩溶区特长隧道注浆堵水综合技术研究

深埋特长圆梁山隧道全长为11068rn,是渝怀铁路线上最长的隧道。本文针对圆梁山隧道高水压、富水、岩溶的特点,结合周围环境条件,深入开展了高水压、富水、岩溶特长隧道注浆堵水技术研究,提出高压、密孔、超细材料、反复检查、渐进注浆的地层综合加固和堵水技术,解决了圆梁山隧道1号、2号、3号溶洞和4号岩溶管道注浆加固的难题. 大型高压、富水、深埋、充填型溶洞注浆属于世界性地质难题,通过对高压、富水、充填型溶洞地质条件和注浆机理的分析,研究了超前注浆、径向注浆、局部和补充注浆四种主要注浆方案,提出了高压、密孔、超细材料、反复检查、逐渐强化的渐进注浆的地层综合加固和堵水技术,成功解决了1号、2号、3号溶洞和4号岩溶管道注浆加固的难题,在理论上有创新和突破,在技术上具有独创性和开拓性,实际应用效果良好。
