Virtual screening is becoming a powerful tool for lead identification.Although numerous examples of structure-based or pharmacophore-based virtual screening have been reported,successful stories of lead-to-candidate are still limited.Most of the reports focused on molecular activity and mechanism toward the target.However,the cellular activity and in vivo potency of the hits were rarely reported.
