Human bone marrow stem cell (BMSC) may be directed to differentiate into multiple cell types, including adipocyte, chondrocyte, osteocyte and photoreceptor, among others.At present, little is known about the features of the BMSC and the protein control mechanism underlying their differentiation into photoreceptor-like cells.
