目的:评价参黄冲剂在延缓衰老方面的作用和临床疗效。方法:将60例符合条件的衰老患者随机分为参黄冲剂治疗组和对照治疗组,每组30例。参黄冲剂组进行常规治疗基础上加用参黄冲剂治疗,每次10 g,每日3次。对照组进行常规系统治疗,并给予甲磺酸双氢麦角毒碱片,每次1 mg,每日3次。各组均连续服药8周为1疗程,观察时间为1疗程。结果:衰老患者肾阴虚、肾阳虚2种证型P16基因的序列特征未见突变改变。参黄冲剂组与对照组在治疗前的衰老患者P16基因mRNA定量表达比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),二者之间具有可比性;在治疗后两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后衰老患者临床疗效比较,参黄冲剂组30例,显效3例,有效21例,无效6例,有效率80.0%;对照组30例,显效1例,有效12例,无效17例,有效率43.3%;经统计学处理,两组间有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:参黄冲剂治疗老年肾虚患者,可有效改善临床衰老的临床症状,提高日常生活能力;而且参黄冲剂可减少P16基因mRNA的表达,其机制可能是通过抑制衰老细胞的增殖而达到延缓衰老的作用,从而起到抗衰老的作用,但衰老主要证型肾阴虚、肾阳虚P16基因的序列特征未见突变改变,为进一步诠释中医辨证施治衰老的机制提供了分子生物学的依据。
Objective: To evaluate the effect and clinical curative effect of Shenhuang granule in delaying aging. Methods: A total of 60 eligible aging patients were randomly divided into Shenhuang granule group and control group, 30 cases in each group. Conclusion: Shenhuang granule can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and improve the daily living ability of elderly patients with kidney deficiency.
