有序介孔氧化铝负载的钴费-托合成催化剂的催化性能研究

采用蒸发诱导自组装法合成了有序介孔氧化铝(OMA)(图1,2),以OMA为载体制备了钴费-托合成催化剂,考察了OMA的焙烧温度、孔径对催化剂的催化性能的影响,结果表明:1)OMA的孔容和比表面积随着焙烧温度的升高而升高,并且在焙烧温度为700℃时获得了最大的比表面积和孔容,但继续提高焙烧温度则会降低OMA的孔径、孔容和比表面积;2)800℃焙烧的OMA负载的钴催化剂具有最佳的费-托合成催化性能,这是因为该催化剂具有较高的钴分散度和还原度(表1);3)合成了具有三种孔径(4.8nm、7.2nm、9.7nm)的OMA(图2),具有较大孔径的OMA负载的钴催化剂具有较大的钴晶粒直径、较低的钴分散度、较高的催化剂还原度和较高的费-托合成催化活性(表1).
