　　This study was carried out to investigate the effects of fermented spent mushroom (Pleurotus eryngii) substrates diets on the growth performance and carcass traits in Hanwoo steers.The spent mushroom (Pleurotus eryngii) substrates were fermented with Bacillus subtilis KACC91687P and Saccharomyces sp.CS1 for 14 days at room temperature.The fermented spent mushroom (F-SMS) mainly contained 30% fermented spent mushroom and 13% wheat bran and 1% microbes (wet basis).
