One of the most important parts of a polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) is the membrane electrode assembly (MEA).In MEA system,the electron,proton,and water transfer process have been kept to update in the damp-heat cyclic work (see Fig.l),this is easily to cause internal mechanical damage and reduce its durability[1].the delamination of electrodes and proton exchange membrane is the main reason for the MEA failure[2-4],where the electrode catalyst layers and proton exchange membrane have different water and thermal expansion properties,and the working process that material bending,stretching,etc.in MEA layers are not synchronized causes uneven distribution of internal stress and stress concentration,leads to electrode appeared cracks and membrane split from electrode layers[5-7].
