　　目的：比较应用Berman、Ovassipian、Williams纤支镜插管通气道引导便携式电子镜插管的效果。方法：选取ASA分级为Ⅰ-Ⅱ级、年龄18-50岁、拟在气管插管全身麻醉下实施择期手术的90例患者。随机分为3组,Berman组(n=30),Ovassipian组(n=30)、Williams组(n=30)。由同一麻醉医生用用Berman、Ovassipian、Williams三种通气道引导便携电子镜行气管插管。记录三种通气道的置入时间,便携电子镜喉部暴露情况及便携式电子镜插管的总时间。
