基于对油膜气穴试验结果的考察和理论分析,本文给出了预计挤压油膜阻尼器力学性能的油气两相流分析方法。润滑膜压力分布的计算结果与测试结果有良好的一致性。本文还提供了阻尼器的油气两相流性能数据,且与纯π膜的计算结果作了比较,这些数据可供工程上计算分析采用。所提出的分析方法,也可拓宽用于其它带类似油气两相流润滑膜轴承。
Based on the investigation and theoretical analysis of the cavitation test results of the oil film, this paper presents a method of oil-gas two-phase flow analysis that predicts the mechanical properties of the squeeze film damper. The calculated results of pressure distribution of lubrication film have good consistency with the test results. This paper also provides the performance data of the gas-oil two-phase flow in the damper and compares it with the calculation results of the pure π membrane. These data are available for engineering calculation and analysis. The proposed analysis method can also be broadened for other lubricated film bearings with similar two-phase flow of oil and gas.
