目的:研究抗氧化剂对3-甲基吲哚(3-methylindole,3-MI)导致的嗅觉障碍动物模型中嗅球抗坏血酸(ascorbic acid,AA)浓度的变化,观察抗氧化剂对大鼠嗅球形态学和嗅球嗅觉标记蛋白(olfactory marker protein,OMP)表达的影响,进一步探讨抗氧化剂在嗅觉障碍中的作用及3-MI导致嗅觉损伤的机制.方法:SD大鼠腹腔注射3-MI建立急性嗅觉障碍动物模型.造模后10 min内尾正中静脉注射抗氧化剂:AA或谷胱甘肽(glutathion,GSH).采用活体微透析联合在线电化学检测方法,实时动态地观察活体动物嗅球细胞外液中AA浓度的变化.
