Parkinsons disease (PD) is a progressive disease with a variety of symptoms such as the increased resistance, slowness of movement, hypokinesia and akinesia and so on.PD patients also typically develop a stooped posture and may lose normal postural reflexes, leading to falls. The central pathological feature of PD was the loss ofdopaminergic neurons in the substantia nigra.Recent studies from several laboratories have shown that exercise can have a beneficial effect in patients with PD and in rodent models of PD.
