Internetware is an abstract of distributed software system, which is open, dynamic and difficult to control in the network environment, it can sense and adapt to the changes in the external environment through the ways of dynamic evolution. In the process of system dynamic evaluation, research on the dynamic evolution is of significance in maintaining consistency of the system. In this paper, we analyze the influence of the consistency and methods of dynamic evolution on the system through AHP, and then we raise a dynamic evolution consistency algorithm based on information trunk and static state theory. It adopts standby mode to drive the object component to static state which cant destruct integrity of the affairs while implementing any dynamic evolution method to the object component.
