信息管理系统在严重创伤患者救治中的作用

目的:评价信息管理系统在救治严重创伤患者中的作用.方法:为提高创伤病人救治水平,我院于2011 年1 月研发并使用了《创伤信息管理系统》,本研究比较该系统使用前后我院重症监护病房(ICU)收治的严重创伤患者在救治效率及质量上的变化.结果:对照组84 例,研究组117 例.对照组平均从急诊收入ICU需耗时15.8±10.2h,住ICU 日5.6±2.88 天,总住院日16.85±10.7天;研究组平均从急诊收入ICU 耗时6.5±4.4h,住ICU 日4.65±3.19天,平均总住院日13.16±11.75 天,两组比较,统计学差异显著(P<0.05).
