Molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) as an artificial templated-made recognition material with high affinity and selectivity for the target molecule has attracted more and more attention since molecularly imprinted technique was developed by Wulff and Mosbach.MIP has been widely applied in many fields, for instance, enantiomer separation, catalysis, chemical sensors, solid-phase extraction, liquid chromatography and drug delivery.Most MIPs were prepared by bulk polymerization.In order to obtain useful particles, the bulk MIPs must be crushed, ground and sieved, leading a poor yield and a great loss of binding sites.
