The point spread function of atmospheric turbulence is space variant at case of the field view greater than the isoplanatic angle from the ground-base optical telescope. The anisoplanatism in images decreases the image quality recovered by conventional image processing base on the imaging of the space-invariant point spread function. An approach is to partition the ansioplanatic image into the sub-region image correspond to the isoplanatic angle. The sub-regions image is then reconstructed by the conjugate gradient blind deconvolution algorithm. To avoid ringing at the edges,a window function is used to smooth image edge. After each sub-image restored.the full image is assembled by the seamless split and overlapping. The experiment results suggest that the proposed approach is effective to improve the restored image quality from the anisoplanatic images degraded by atmospheric turbulence.
